DESCRIPTION: Body mostly white with two wide vertical dusky bars and thin variagations. A third thin black bar runs vertically through eye. Rear body and tail bright yellow. Small black dot at tail base.

 

RANGE: Eastern Indo-Pacific. Asutralia and South East Asia to French Polynesia.
